Cause when i connect the phone to the PC ,it is being identified in the Device manager as MediaTek USB port(16) for 40 seconds then disappear only to reappear after 20 second then stay for another 40 seconds disappear again ,reappear and so forth( Continuously doing that )

Anybody with the remedy to revive the phone in this state

I bricked my phone up to dead boot while trying to root it, Phone only connects 40 second with blank screen then disconnects, after 20 second reconect again and disconnect and so forth how may i revive it
